These ribs are seasoned with a rub, then a few hours into the smoke, we add butter, honey and brown sugar. A bit before we take them off, we add a light coat of BBQ sauce. They are smoked using hickory and apple or cherry wood chips. Delicious! These guys are labor intensive and may not always be available.

HOW TO ORDER ONLINE

For home delivery or to meet us at one of our pick-up locations, place your order by midnight Tuesday and we’ll deliver on Thursday.

Delivery options:

  • Home (delivery fee)
  • Atwood parking lot (Hutchinson)
  • 500 Main Place, Newton (first Thursday of each month)
  • Green Acres parking lot (21st and Maize, Wichita)
  • Green Acres parking lot (21st and Rock Rd., Wichita)
  • Pick up at Kansas Grown Farmer’s Market

We give a one-hour time slot for the Thursday delivery. If you’re unable to be home at that time, please let us know. One option is to put a cooler on the porch. For pick-up orders, we’ll give a specific time.
