We use quality ingredients (90/10 ground beef is the meat) to make this “good old faithful” favorite.
This is a jazzed-up meatloaf with the addition of cheddar cheese. It is a mild meatloaf made with hamburger, eggs, oatmeal, milk, onion, and seasonings.
This Mexican style casserole is made with shredded chicken breast, mushroom soup, cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning and salsa mixed together and put in tortillas. After the tortillas are rolled up and placed in a pan they are covered with a sauce and topped with cheese. Delicious with added tomato, sour cream and salsa.

A delicious enchilada made with pork butt that has been slowly cooked and melts in your mouth. Spices have been added to the meat along with black beans, corn, and homemade enchilada sauce. This mixture is put into a flour tortilla with enchilada sauce on top of the rolled tortillas and sprinkled with cheese.
A comfort food casserole! Hash brown potatoes are mixed with diced ham. A sauce of homemade cream of chicken soup (no MSG), melted cheese, seasonings, oleo, and sour cream are poured over potatoes and mixed together.
A very simple but flavorful casserole layering fried hamburger, green beans, cream of mushroom soup and mashed potatoes. A friend from church gave us this idea-it’s one of his favorite casseroles.
We roll this chicken breast in flour, pan fry it, then make a gravy with the drippings and pour it over the meat. This is the kind of gravy you would have gotten at your Grandmother’s house! Serve with your favorite potato and a salad.

This dish is made with a white sauce, sour cream, cheese, chicken seasoning and milk. We add fried sausage and tator tots and stir it all together. It is a creamy dish. We love it! It is one that I often take to potluck dinners.
